Who is Outdoor Elegance? 

Outdoor Elegance is an Australian family owned business. We operate our own warehouses and run our own vehicles to handle the majority of our deliveries. We opened our first specialty outdoor furniture showroom in Sydney twelve years ago, but have been in the outdoor retail industry for over 30 years. We have since then expanded to seven stores. At Outdoor Elegance we bring the best most current Outdoor Furniture trends from around the world into Australian backyards. Our independent owners have established long term relationships with the most trusted suppliers from around the world to ensure we are offering the best range of quality products that we possibly can. 

Why should I buy from Outdoor Elegance?

At Outdoor Elegance we are proud that we are able to offer quality furniture at package prices. We achieve this by importing our products directly and having strong trusted relationship with our suppliers. On the majority of our products we ensure that we are utilising the best materials that our industry has to offer to allow for our products to perform the best that they possibly can. We are as team striving to ensure that we are constantly offering the best possible service at all stages of our customers experience with our company. 

Can I leave my furniture outdoors? 

Outdoor Elegance selects materials and designs for our product collections that allow our furniture to be used in the outdoors. Like everything there are varying degrees of performance to be expected from your setting depending on the specific materials used and the environment they are used in.

Obviously a setting kept in a covered outdoor area is going to have a longer lifespan than say one kept uncovered with full exposure to the elements. These factors should be taken into account when selecting your setting and how you go about protecting it.

I have placed my order online, what happens next? 

Once your online order has been placed and processed your local Outdoor Elegance  store will contact you. They will confirm all of your details discuss delivery or pick up options. At this time they will also confirm your purchased items to ensure that your order is correct. 

Can you look after commercial projects?

At Outdoor Elegance we can also help you out with commercial projects. Cafes, resorts , restaurants we can help with a customised design or choose from our extensive collections.  Email joe@outdoorelegance.com.au  or your local Outdoor Elegance store for help. We suggest emailing images of the space or the floor plan, so we can assist you pick the best products for the space. 

I am interested in a Smoker, where can I view the Smoker & Grill Products?

Smoker & Grills products and accessories such as Big Green Eggs, Hark Smokers, Green Mountain Grill Smokers are ONLY available to view at our Melbourne & Newcastle showrooms. Purchase online or view in our Melbourne & Newcastle Showroom. Pick up on smoker & grill products also only available to be picked up from our Melbourne & Newcastle Outdoor Elegance stores.

What happens if I need to make a claim under warranty?

If you are experiencing an issue with your product within the warranty period you can contact your local Outdoor Elegance store of purchase.  We will require you to email your local store a copy of your Outdoor Elegance Invoice, along with images of the product issue and your contact details. We may also need some additional information in regards to how the product has been used, the environment where it has been set up, care and maintenance routine and other factors that may have had an impact on your furniture. Our aim is to help you arrive at the best possible resolution to solve your issue.
