We are excited about our future and the Outdoor Elegance team is growing fast. We opened our first store in Terrey Hills in 2008 and now have 8 showrooms across NSW, QLD, VIC , WA & the ACT.
Our Mission is to simply have the best value, high quality, innovative , great looking comfortable outdoor furniture in Australia. We are a family owned Australian company that prides itself on our supportive and friendly team environments. We want to help you reach your potential and will commit ourselves to your development. Our Teams
Retail
We have 8 retail showrooms located across Australia. We sell Australias largest range of premium quality outdoor furniture imported from around the globe.
Warehouse & Logistics
We unload containers, deliver direct to our customers and service our retail showrooms with multiple warehouse locations across Australia.
Marketing & Admin
We have our own in -house marketing team based in Sydney. Our admin teams are based in Canberra, Brisbane & Central Coast.

Position: Retail Sales Consultant Multiple Positions-Casual, Part Time, Full Time
Location: Sydney Showroom Main ( Terrey Hills)

We are currently looking for Sales Assistants for casual, part time and full time roles to be part of our growing team. To succeed in this role you will have experience in a customer focused retail environment or be willing to learn, are passionate about customer service and customer experience and have excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates with retail sales experience, especially in high end, luxury or furniture, would be seen as highly valuable.
About the Role:
- Customer service
- Sales, both customer facing and phone
- Visual merchandising
- Store maintenance and cleaning
- Customer order follow up
- Stock control
- Weekend shifts required
- Some manual handling
What it Takes:
- Sales experience in a retail environment
- Sales experience in high value items
- The ability to identify and close a sale opportunity
- Team player with ability to also work independently
- POS operation

Position: Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver -Casual
Location: Queensland Warehouse Distribution Centre, Narangba, QLD

We are in search of a skilled Warehouse Assistant/Delivery Driver to join our Narangba Distribution Centre team, with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week. We are looking for an individual who exudes energy, prioritizes customer satisfaction, and thrives in hands- on tasks.
About the Role:
- Delivering customer orders in a timely manner
- Pick/pack stock for customer orders
- Load/unload trucks and shipment containers
- General warehousing functions
What it Takes:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role
- Current C Class License
- Well presented with a friendly and positive attitude
- A dedicated attitude to following Safety and Quality Policies
- Must be a team player and also be able to work autonomously
- Hands-on warehouse experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and ;me management skills
- High level of attention to detail, sound literacy, and numeracy skills
- Experience in picking, packing, checking, and delivering orders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
