1. Organising your delivery
- Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle, Canberra, Perth Deliveries: We have experienced teams delivering directly from our distribution centre and warehouses. Please Note: Not every item is available in every store or available for delivery out of every area. We will make every effort to fulfill orders completely and promptly however we reserve the right to decline new orders or cancel and refund placed orders for any product.
We are always happy to organise delivery anywhere in Australia with reasonable access. For other capital cities and many Victorian, Queensland and NSW regional centres we have a network of trusted couriers that we use. Please bear in mind with many of our packages, as we mix and match chairs, tables and other items there is not a standard shape, size or weight and your order may require individual quoting for freight. We will be in contact to discuss delivery options and provide specific pricing for you if your location is not on our schedule. Please note that if anytime after you have processed your order online, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping. If your location is not listed in the guide and a shipping price is not generated when you enter your postcode in the checkout you are welcome to contact us direct for a quote. If you have received a quote from an authorised Outdoor Elegance representative you can enter the value into the Freight by arrangement field. This option is for use with a quote provided by Outdoor Elegance. Any other use will render the order invalid.

2. Delivery Costs
Note: Rates generated in the online check out are postcode based and as such can not determine difficult access deliveries that may include off road, over water or alpine transit. We will always endeavour to fulfill the order in a timely manner but reserve the right to cancel the order or offer a recalculated shipping price based on the conditions of access.
- Furniture: We have shipping rates in place for many locations, please refer to our ‘Shipping & Delivery’ tab on our products. When your postcode is entered in our online checkout the shipping rate will appear. If a rate does not appear your postcode is not included in our shipping calculator. To proceed you can contact your nearest store click here for a quote and utilise our Freight by Arrangement option in checkout. Please ensure when using this option you have a quote from an authorised Outdoor Elegance representative or your order will be deemed invalid.
- Accessories, Smokers & Grills: Some items such as accessories, smokers and heaters have lower shipping costs to selected metro areas only. Please refer to the products shipping banner and description for more information. If you require an accessory product such as Smoker to be delivered out of our selected metro areas please contact your local store ( Melbourne, Central Coast, Newcastle or Brisbane) for a shipping quote. Please Note: Not all states carry our Smokers & Grills range only our Melbourne, Central Coast, Newcastle, Brisbane and Perth stores.
- Floor Models: Higher fees may be applied when purchasing a floor models-demo models online or in store. We will contact you direct or discuss with you in store if purchasing a floor model an appropriate delivery fee as we will need to know a little about the site access. If the item requires to be unassembled and re-assembled some additional charges me apply.Floor Models may not be available to be delivered to regional | out of area postcodes> selected areas only.
- Umbrellas: Delivery prices includes delivery to premises only, does NOT include assembly, rubbish removal or installation. If you require Umbrella installation please contact your local Outdoor Elegance store for a installation quote. Additional Installation fees based on product, installation type, delivery access, postcode, Umbrella installation not available Aus Wide. Selected areas only.
3. Delivery Times:
- Following checkout we will contact you to discuss delivery details. We will need to know a little about the site access, parking and work out a time. Please note shipping times can vary from 1 day to around two weeks for regional deliveries depending on when our next run to your area is and if we have to transfer stock interstate to fulfil your order. Before Delivery can be confirmed full payment must be cleared. Update July 2021 re Western Australia: As we are now opening Outdoor Elegance Perth, we have now activated deliveriy options for online orders for Perth and nearby locations. While we will stock a large portion of the range locally we may have to source items from one of our East Coast warehouses to fulfill orders. This may take more than 2 weeks. Our staff will inform you of anticipated timeline following order confirmation and if it is not suitable the order may be cancelled and full refund processed.
- Delivery Allocation- The allocation delivery date is an estimate only and is subject to change, Pre Order Notes, Special Orders, shipping delays etc can effect the delivery date. It is required that you be ready to accept your delivery date on the allocated date as the goods cannot be stored in our warehouse.
- Tracking your Delivery – Once you have ordered online we will be in contact within 24-48 hours to let you know delivery time frames. Please note that on occasion some items do require to be shipped in from interstate to complete the order and this can delay the delivery times. Tracking Numbers are only provided on some smaller accessories where a third-party delivery service is used, tracking numbers will be emailed to you. If you have not received a tracking number larger items expected delivery time frames will be communicated and organised through your local Outdoor Elegance Store. 4. Click & Collect- Pick Ups:
- You are welcome to make an appointment to collect your purchase from one of our stores or to collect from our Seven Hills, Sydney distribution hub. Identification and proof of purchase will be required. For Store locations click here
- When you select this option at checkout, a team member from the selected store will be in touch via email or phone to notify you when the item is ready for collection. Before Pick up can be confirmed full payment must be cleared.
- Online orders must be collected within 30 days from purchase provided the stock is available and you have been notified of the products availability for collection. Storage Fees may be applied if the order is kept in storage longer than this time. Contact the store selected for pickup for more information.
- Please Note: Some items can only be collected from certain locations. Please refer to the individual product description notes. Smokers & Grills, Heating Products only available for collection from certain Outdoor Elegance locations, not available at all Outdoor Elegance warehouses and stores. Floor Stock -Run Out Models only available to pick up from certain Outdoor Elegance locations.
5. Supply and Delivery
- We will supply and deliver the goods purchased if you abide by these terms and provide acceptance of your order,
- Some products may not be available for immediate delivery and in these circumstances may need to be ordered. We offer a general timeframe of 10 business days but occasionally the delay may be impeded by supplier availability. Where extended delays occur, we will endeavour to contact you to organise an alternative delivery.
- Where available you may choose to collect the products from your order in person at one of our stores or distribution centres. Where this is chosen you will be advised by us that the goods are ready to be delivered. Some of our sites have differing business hours and thus collection times may vary. We cannot guarantee collection times at the time of sale but will contact you to arrange collection within two (2) business days.
- In circumstances where we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered due to unavailability you may cancel your order without charge and we will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
- A delay in delivery does not automatically result in a refund. Where the products are a special order or an international import extended delays may occur.
- Interstate deliveries may incur longer supply times.
6. Delivery Access
- Delivery prices includes delivery to premises only, does NOT include assembly, rubbish removal or installation. Additional fees apply based on product, delivery access & postcode. Please contact your local showroom if you require a quote on rubbish removal or assembly etc.
- Difficult site delivery locations (including stairs, small lifts, narrow passageways etc) can impact the delivery of our bulky goods and we ask that you provide us all information where the delivery may be difficult. If the driver(s) are unable to deliver the goods due to a difficult site and it has not been previously specified you may be charged additional costs. Please notify our team of delivery access eg will the goods need to be delivered via lift? Will the goods be carried up stairs ? Are there any tight turns or narrow entryways? Please Note: Due to the weight & size of some of our items some items may not be able to be delivered.
7. Delivery by 3rd parties
- Where we are unable to deliver your goods personally we may outsource the delivery of your goods to a third party or a larger freight company.
- To ensure correct delivery occurs please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address during the order process.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes and the delivery address must be an address in Australia. We do not deliver to freight forwarding locations.
- If you live in a gated community or high rise and/or need to be home at the time of delivery please notify us in the comments section of your purchase or by sending us an email to arrange a time.
- Difficult delivery locations (including stairs) can impact the delivery of our bulky goods and we ask that you provide us all information where the delivery may be difficult. If the driver(s) are unable to deliver the goods due to a difficult site and it has not been previously specified you may be charged additional costs.
- We may not be able to provide an exact delivery time outside of an estimated day in the cases where a third party is delivering the goods but where possible we will provide a tracking number.
