Instructions / Using your umbrella at home:
- To install your umbrella, lie the canopy half down horizontally on a stable surface. Take lower pole and gently screw into the upper half of the umbrella, ensuring that the threads line up. In case of any resistance, stop, and add some lubricant to the pole. Once assembled, place umbrella into the base. DO NOT try to screw the umbrella halves together in a vertical position.
- Do not leave umbrella open when unattended.
- Umbrella should be closed in adverse weather conditions.
- Always secure your umbrella to an appropriate base.
- If using a mobile base, ensure enough weight is applied to the base eg. sand bags or weight bags (taking into account the weather conditions).
- Any modifications to your umbrella may invalidate the warranty.
- Hose frame with water periodically (more frequently if you live in a salty or industrial environment).
- Do not used bleach based detergents to clean the canopy.
- Make sure umbrella is dry and clean prior to storing away for extended periods of time to prevent mould from developing.
- Be careful when closing the umbrella to ensure that the canopy does not get caught or“pinched”by the umbrella arms. This is particularly important before storing the umbrella away for extended periods of time or if the umbrella is to be laid horizontally for storage. Damage to the fabric caused by “pinching” is not covered by warranty. Inspect the installation fitting/base on a regular basis and tighten as necessary

Organising your delivery
Following checkout we will contact you to discuss delivery details. We will need to know a little about the site access, parking and work out a time that suits you.
Please note shipping times can vary from 1 day to around two weeks for regional deliveries depending on when our next run to your area is and if we have to transfer stock interstate to fulfil your order.

Delivery price includes delivery to premises only.
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Central Coast and Newcastle deliveries
Your items will be delivered by our experienced team members. They can offer advice on care and maintenance of your product and assist with your next purchase.
They are also available to assemble your goods and remove all rubbish for an extra fee. please advise if this is required when booking your delivery.

For other regions we have a number of specialist delivery options from freight companies to removalists at very competitive prices.
Pick Ups
You are welcome to collect your purchase in one of our stores or make an appointment to pick up at our main warehouse in Seven Hills, Sydney. Please select this option in checkout and we will contact you to arrange pick up date. Please Note: Smokers & Grills, Smoker Accessories, Outdoor Heaters & Heating Accessoires can ONLY be picked up from our Melbourne, Newcastle Showrooms.
