Our next big cooking event at Outdoor Elegance Melbourne is on Sunday November 12 from 12-2pm. We will be firing up the Big Green Egg and Green Mountain Grills with experts on hand to give you the best cooking tips.
We are supper excited to welcome the host of the TV series Mercurio's Menu and top selling cookbook author, Paul Mercurio.
Paul will be cooking for us and introducing the great flavours from his new range of rubs and sauces.

"One of Australia's most accomplished and recognised television personalities, Paul Mercurio has explored and succeeded in his accomplishments within many facets of the entertainment industry. These feature his pursuits in dance, choreography, acting, television presenting, cooking, beer brewing and writing.
Many will know Paul from his role in Baz Luhrmann's critically acclaimed film, 'Strictly Ballroom'. Since then, Paul has carved out an impressive dance and acting career, having worked alongside notable figures such as Sir Ben Kingsley and Christian Slater, performed in 14 features films, countless Australian television shows, choreographed over 30 dance works for stage and screen and performed in various theatre productions. Paul has been nominated for both a Logie and an AFI award.
Later in his career, Paul began to follow his passion for food and brewing, hosting over 70 TV episodes with Paul, preparing, cooking and presenting his favourite dishes for some of Australia’s most recognised chefs. His TV series Mercurio’s Menu, has been seen in over 52 countries around the world.
He has also taken this passion into writing, having authored three cookbooks. His 2nd book, 'Cooking With Beer', was an enormous success selling in seven countries and in four languages, and was voted the 4th best beer book in the world at the Gourmand Cookbook awards in Paris 2012."
Paul was a featured chef on Channel Nines Mornings Program throughout 2013, he also wrote his third cook book - Kitchen Mojo and became a Guinness Book of Records Holder for the fastest sorting of coloured jelly babies using chopsticks!
He released his own beer on the Melbourne market way back in 2005 and recently brewed Australia’s first Aphrodisiac Beer in collaboration with BentSpoke Brewer. It had seven different herbal aphrodisiacs and was called Ye Ole Horney Ale – it sold out!
